Mansion Sit-Down Dinner Package

A minimum of 80 to 120 guests is required. Includes 6% state sales tax and 23% service charge (16% gratuity + 7% service).
For your ceremony, 120 guests can be accommodated in our formal English garden.

  • Mansion & Garden Rental Fee: $3,000.00; each additional hour: $150.00
  • Evening reception only: 7-hour rental
  • Evening ceremony and reception: 8-hour rental
  • Evening events are scheduled between the hours of 2 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
  • ($14,000.00 minimum business required for evening ceremony and reception)
  • Garden ceremony: The management of Linden Hall will have the option to relocate a ceremony to an alternate setting due to inclement weather (90 minutes prior to ceremony)
